Voter Fraud is Rare, But Voter Suppression Is Very Real

December 2, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

Sensationalist claims have circulated this election season about the extent of voter fraud, with some politicians going so far as to tell voters to fear the 2016 election was “rigged.”

There is increasing evevidence that Donald Trump LIED. Amazing shame brought upon the citizens of the United States.

Where Is Our Free Press?

November 27, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

Why is the press giving Donald Trump a free ride?  Does Donald Trump simply keep the press in his back pocket?

The public is loosing faith in the government and now the public is loosing faith in where they receive their news.

Trump’s Conflict of Interests – Is Trump Ethical?

November 23, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

President Elect Donald Trump seems to think that he can use his office as President to help his businesses across the globe. Only 12 days after winning the election, he has already tried to ask for a favor from the British Prime minister and has had his daughter Ivanka in meetings with two world leaders without as much as a security clearance. The Hypocrisy is staggering after Trump and his goons hounded Hillary Clinton with a mythical “Pay to Play” conspiracy theory over her involvement with the Clinton foundation. The question once again has to be raised, does Trump want to be President? Is it possible that he will use his office to secure a few favors and then leave Mike Pence holding the bag.

Trump Claims that President Obama is not a US Citizen

November 23, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

Donald Trump, now our “president”, harassed President Obama for years about his US citizenship.  Trumps money, erratic behavior and bullying of the press made this headlines for years.  The press grabbed every opportunity to give as much free publicity to Trump as was possible.  Headlines didn’t tell folks about the economy, recovering from recession, the fight for equal rights, etc., they just focused on the outlandish exploits of Donald Trump.

Trumps Wants to Torture

November 22, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

The rhetoric of Donald Trump says he wants to waterboard.  The CIA front line just might revolt to such a dictatorial command from our chief “executive”.

Trump said at a Republican primary debate in February, that he would ‘bring back a hell of a lot worse than waterboarding.”

“I don’t give a damn what the president of the United States wants to do. We will not waterboard,” Senator John McCain(R-AZ) told an audience at the annual Halifax International Security Forum. “We will not torture people … It doesn’t work.”

You, the Citizens of the US, are going to Make Trump Richer at Your Expense

November 16, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

As President, Donald Trump, can request Secret Service protection for specific people on his own Boeing 757.  The Secret Service must then pay Trump for their seats out of the Secret Service’s own budget.

As a result, Trump lines his pockets with your tax dollars.

But Trump supporters say that he would never do that!

Oh, don’t be so sure.

Politico, “Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has paid his family’s businesses more than $8.2 million, according to a POLITICO analysis of campaign finance filings, which reveals an integrated business and political operation without precedent in national politics.”

Hitler and Trump

November 15, 2016 by The Staff Leave a Comment

Hugo Schwyzer, “…Perhaps Trump will be a better leader than we thought. The burden is entirely on him to prove that his campaign was an act, and that he and his followers pose no threat to women and minorities. Until then, suspicion. Until then, fear. Until then, anger. …”  Read the Full Post at Times of Israel

Finally on November 22, 2016, Trump says, “I don’t want to energize the group, and I disavow the group” in an interview with the New York Times.  Not a peep, though, from Trump’s Twitter account which seems his main source of disseminating news.

Think Progress points a finger at CNN for inaccurately broadening the meaning of “disavow”.  Trumps carefully worded response to the New York Times interview said nothing about denouncing racism.  CNN completely misreported the quote by showing a full screen graphic saying that Trump did just that.

racism

Words DO matter when the media is trying to report the facts.
